Urgent Veterinary Care

If your pet suddenly seems “off” or shows signs of discomfort, our team is here to assess, diagnose, and treat them promptly and compassionately.

When to Seek Urgent Care

If your pet is experiencing any of the following, call us right away:

  • Abscesses or localized swelling

  • Limping or difficulty walking

  • Minor cuts, scrapes, or wounds

  • Coughing, sneezing, or fever

  • Skin allergies or hives

  • Ear infections or head shaking

  • Mild vomiting or diarrhea

  • Unusual behavior or lethargy

We recommend calling ahead if possible so we can prepare for your pet’s arrival and offer guidance over the phone.

Know the Difference: Urgent Care vs. Emergency

While we’re equipped for a wide range of urgent concerns, some situations require immediate emergency care.

Seek emergency vet care if your pet has:

  • Difficulty breathing or gasping

  • Repeated seizures

  • Ingestion of a foreign object or toxin

  • Trauma (e.g., hit by a car, fall from height)

  • Difficulty giving birth

  • Severe bloating or unproductive vomiting (dry heaving)

  • Loss of consciousness

  • No food or water intake for over 48 hours

Not sure what level of care your pet needs? Call us — we’ll help guide you.
